WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?

Just YOU, and water! Life is busy, I know you're squeezing this workout into a jam-packed schedule. My goal is to take away as many barriers to you getting to class and moving your body as possible!

I provide all of the equipment need for class!

WHAT IS CLASS LIKE?

FUN! Seriously, we have fun! My aim is provide you with a full body workout each class. 

​

We'll start with a warm-up that mimics some of the exercises in an effort to get your body ready to work!

​

I break class into different sections where we focus on strength, balance, stability, and power work. In between those sections, I provide a quick and intense "Cardio Pop" where the intention is to significantly elevate your heart rate.

​

We end class with a nice stretch and some breath work.

IS EVERY CLASS THE SAME?

NOPE! I like to keep in fresh! But, the format is typically the same (see "what is class like").

I do switch things up at least once a month and run a more traditional bootcamp style where participants rotate through stations.

​

I also LOVE a good theme, so get ready near holidays and special events... there is always a reason to celebrate!!!
