Based in Mill Valley, CA, we offer outdoor, live, and pre-recorded group exercise classes that are designed to help you achieve sustainable physical health in a supportive and fun environment. At Just B Fitness, we aim to help you create a lifestyle where regular movement and exercise is an integral part of your regular routine. We strive to change the narrative that exercise is pain and punishment by creating an environment where classes are fun, movements are functional, and laughs are many. Classes are always a little different to keep things interesting and intentionally written so that you can live as independently as possible in YOUR strong healthy body.

Bria Ruben
Fitness enthusiast, mom, animal lover, tree hugger, nature seeker.
In each class, my goal is to make people have fun while increasing strength, cardiovascular health, balance, flexibility and breath-work through functional movements.
I want to empower people to live their fullest lives by being their best physical selves for as long as independence allows.
Certifications: Recreation Therapy CTRS, ACE Grp Ex, MADDOG Spinner, American Heart First Aid, AED and CPR.
